 1:1 GUIDANCE

A set of counseling (coaching) sessions for a specific individual or set of individuals custom fit to their goals. Often delivered over a weekly or bi weekly time frame. Additional sessions can be added as needed.

Julia’s perceptive, people-centric approach enables her to translate theory, research, and business practice into meaningful results.

AUTUMN SMITH

Autumn’s compassionate approach is rooted in the psychological principles of Personality Type. She draws on a vast array of L&D tools and frameworks designed to help you be a more confident and effective manager, teammate, and contributor. In all her sessions Autumn emphasizes self discovery, intrinsic motivation, and creating an actionable path forward.

HOW IT WORKS

 1. Interview & Assessment

Your coach will interview you to understand your current situation, key players in your sphere of work, and general development goals.

One or more assessment instruments may be used:

  • Myers-Briggs 
  • Interaction Styles or Essential Motivators
  • Temperament and Cognitive Processes
  • 360 Leadership styles or Emotional Intelligence
  • Design thinking
  • SCARF assessment for psychological safety

2. Development  Plan 

Your coach will determine a development plan for you in accordance with your requested areas of development.

Examples areas could include:

  • Executive presence and personal brand 
  • Management and leadership best practices
  • Conflict management and managing difficult performance conversations
  • Understanding various working styles and competencies required in different roles
  • Influencing and generating buy-in
  • Communication practices
  • Presentation and facilitation skills

3. Counseling Sessions

Your coach will meet with you 1:1 for confidential conversations where you can discuss your areas of interest and gain skills in connection with your goals.  

Sessions are:

  • 50 minutes in length
  • Held weekly or on a twice a month 
  • Conducted via Zoom 
  • Completely Confidential

You get email and phone access to your coach as needed in between sessions.

Your coach will share additional resources in between sessions as appropriate.
